If you forget a dose why can't you just take it when you remember? I do then I adjust my schedule accordingly. If a dose is scheduled at 2 but you remember it at 3:00 and you take medicine every 4hrs then take at 3:00 and then take the next one at 7 instead of 6. I take my medicine every 3 hrs. If I take it at 2 then I take the next dose at 5. I've never been so schedule like y'all are. When I was diagnosed with PD in 97 no one told me anything about scheduling dosages for my C/L and that I was to eat at certain time due to the medicine. My neurologist just gave a script for C/L 25/100, she didn't tell me how often should I take these pills, I just figured every 4hrs. I also didn't know that protein will not allow the body to absorb the levodopa. Ive had this disease for just about 25 yrs and I'm still learning about it. Oh well hell

If you have a cell phone set it when it's time and it will act like a alarm clock

Are use my Google home speaker. Set it for a reminder every five hours. Works for me!

We put all of Charley's meds in a daily thing stating each day of the week, one for morning and one for the evening. Then we put that morning in a small cup on the table, and when he takes that, we put the evening ones out. Then he marks the date and time in a notebook.
