I just saw a urologist about this issue. She explained it quite well. Do your Kegels, take the cranberry supplements, avoid sugar as much as you can, get your fiber and drink lots of water. That's basically the advice , and it has helped me as well as losing weight. See a urologist if you can and get the advice that suits your issues.

Hi @A MyParkinsonsTeam Member
I didn't find any reference to stem implant and bladder control, but Electrical nerve stimulators may help.

Electrical nerve stimulators, also known as neuromodulators, send mild electrical pulses to nerves in the lower back and help manage urinary function or offer relief of chronic pain. Neuromodulators have been helpful for many IC patients who don’t get enough relief from other therapies.

Drink tons of water,I have parkinsons it affects the nerve impulses being sent to the intestines ,water and fiber have nothing to do with it ,I have very little paristalisis because the brain isnt sending nerves the right messages.

I had the surgery for prolapse pelvic floor when the exercises stopped working and it made the incontinence worse. the pd caused more floor weakness and constipation. it is such a struggle to deal with all the symptoms that muscle weakness causes. Exercise is greatl but I got waylayed with a broken ankle and now I cant seem to get motivated to work out ! I am so tired all the time. I have so little energy but I know sitting is making it worse! Help!
