i am having trouble with my hearing and it seems to be getting worse
Is hearing loss a part of Parkinson's
I see the ads for the german hearing aids
Do they help
I do not know if this is a PD symptoms. However., I can say many people with PD require hearing aids.
Hearing loss is a terrible thing. I have had loss for many years now and it continues to worsen. Hearing aids help but they are a long way from being natural hearing. Don't believe all the sales hype about noise filtering, no feedback (squealing), comfortable, etc. they all are pretty much the same. They help a bit but not completely. Just don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed when you use them. When my wife and daughter are cooking in the kitchen, talking and banging pots and pans, the TV is on, my granddaughter calls and they put her on speaker phone, I just have to rip the aids out of my ears and enjoy the peace and quiet.
That is one blessing of hearing aids, they can be removed so you can enjoy the solitude. Put on a pair of sound canceling earphones and you can be alone in the universe. Blissful quiet. Normal people can't do that. God, thank you for not making me normal.
Keep on keeping on.

I told the doctor I don't always hear what was said correct. She said that's not your hearing it is something between the hearing and the Brain not connecting right. Like I told my neighbor I was bringing her dessert🙂. She said you're bringing me a shirt
I do not have any hear n lost. I hear just fine sometimes I hear 2 good if u no what I mean.( smiles)
I have experienced a hearing loss over the past 10+ years. I was fitted with 2 hearing aids. My hearing gets worse each year. Without my hearing aids i am almost deaf! I can’t prove PD caused or exacerbated it but i can tell you that many people i know with Parkinson's also have hearing loss.
