Hubby has a lot of freezing episodes, it helps to swing/sway or move side to side before trying to pick up leg to take a step. Enroll in dancing classes and check out Boxing for Parkinson’s. I have been diagnosed for over two years but have had Parkinson's much longer.. Tremors and gait freezing are not my big problems .I have had fatigue , dirrarea, and back and hip pain. I use a walker at home. I am 75 years old.I do run into things at hom. I don't see much difference on up and down times with the medicine. I will pray that your hair gets better.
