Parkinson’s symptoms getting smaller in everything If not trained to everything is going to grt smaller. From my experience you’ll do it twice as big as you could
When you write a check write twice as big as , when you talk twice as big speech as you could
Make a step as big as possible
Biggest, larger !!

I have done many different exercise programs since I was diagnosed in 2007.Those from which i received the most benefit were Balance & Bones, Yoga & Walking. The benefit one receives from exercise varies from person to person. A person living in a small country town doesn't have the same advantages of specialist PD exercise therapists but they still need to do exercise. My advice is that exercise is the best medicine. Be as active as possible, find a group of like-minded people & keep on moving.

Hi Bess,
Thanks for the info. I will look into it as soon as I am able. Hope you had a great day today. Spent most of the day with my daughter and then we hung out watching shows we both liked. Fun, day, nice. Take care, BFN!❤️🤗😊

Hi Beth,
Thanks for your response. Yes, I think he is depressed too. But he needs to get his blood work done and find not only a new doc. but a new Neuro. This I think would be very beneficial to him. Thanks again, hope you are having a good day/weekend! Take care, BFN! Colleen❤️🤗🌻🤗
