If so what kind of exercises are you doing? I'm currently using stress ball and therapy putty.

Yes, I have two issues with my affected side: small motor skills and grip strength in my left arm. At the recommendation of my neurologist, I purchased a hand exercise kit. I bought the GRM Hand Grip Strengthener with Counter, Forearm Trainer Workout Kit (5Pack), Adjustable Resistance Grip Strength Trainer, Finger Exerciser/Stretcher, Grip Ring, Grip Ball for Recovery and Athletes from Amazon for $14.99. It is helping with the grip strength but not the small motor skills. I hope this helps.

My husband plays the guitar but hasn't been able to because of his grip... no strength in his fingers... he can't even button his shirts most times...
