Cycles of anger and paranoia and anger seem to have begun. Is this part of PD journey?
Sounds like you need an adjustment in your medication from your Neurologist. Do so ASAP. We lived in California/old Neurologist but very well known, then moved to Wisconsin and now have a young Neurologist who knows all about the newer drugs and my hubby did a big switch - took almost a year to get the old drugs out, but what a difference - the walker is stored in the garage and using a cane.
Roberta, do you mind telling me what drug your husband was taking and what the new one is?

My PD has caused me to have p0ersonality changes. I seem to go from sobbing about something to my rage that I have been working on before being diagnosed with PD. I am in therapy for my rage which was caused by being traumatized, which gave me PTSD which seems to help. I do feel that when I got PD it set me back but I have not given up One thing I can tell you is to find a therapist that is also familiar with PD..
Medication can cause that. Need to contact Neurologist ASAP to get meds adjusted.
My dad has strong emotions for a few years. Would cry or laugh suddenly. Could have been PD or effects of years on medications.
