when my leg muscles cramp up, I point my toes up towards my knees, hold for about 10 seconds then relax. i do this until the cramps stop. Usually only a few times. For muscle pain I use Hempvanna Pain Relief Cream. These work for me. Hope they work for you. Remember, we are all different.

I use a magnesium oil that I spray on the cramping area. The muscle cramp is gone within minutes. Cramping is a sign of magnesium deficiency. It is also a sympton of dehydration, so you might also want to increase your water intake.

I take 800 mgs of magnesium daily; I have been for 4 years now. My magnesium insists on running too low. If you do take it start low and gradually increase every few days if need be. And definitely get your water in; not only do you need to stay hydrated for muscle cramps, but your blood pressure can drop when you’re dehydrated and vomiting will soon start as well.
Oh, but to take a bath instead of a shower….

I have what my Mom used to call Fidgety legs and my Dr has me on Requip one at night. It seems to help 99% of the time. I have a problem with very low sodium levels because of my heart failure meds. So that also causes the leg restlessness.
