My husband has Parkinson’s. He is having a hard time breathing. It is really hard to take him to the doctors. His legs don’t work very good. He can’t stand on them very long.

I have COPD and asthma. Parkinson’s also affects your breathing. I understand how difficult this can be. It can make a person very sedentary. However, that’s the last thing he should give into. He should exercise in any way he can for as long as he can. He will get out of breathe very quickly and will have to rest. He will need to exercise in short increments, but will be able to more each day. Never give in to Parkinson’s!

C/L competes with the body for protein you should never take C/L directly after eating protein. According to what I have read you need to take 1/2-1 hr before eating or 1-2 hours afterward.

I am never hungry. But I found I cannot to my pills without eating a cookie cracker or something. I get very nauseous. I lost 30lbs in the binging. Now I eat healthy and take snacks before taking pills. Protein
And veggie. I love peanu butter. 1 tbls of that with my 4 pm pills. Drinking water is very important. I found L/C can lower my blood pressure
