I do toe and heal exercises holding on to the kitchen sink

For your toes try and pull them straight, if they are curling under. my right foot had curling toes and I started pulling them straight and then bending them straight while in bed with the covers pulled tight. And you know no more curled toes!! Really! hugs Rosie☺️

No comment, not aware of this issue. My latest is my toes periodically move with a life of their own, dancing to a silent song.

Doug doesn't roll his tongue around so much as very rarely if he is getting twitching in his thighs and backs his tongue will involuntarily "ripple". Almost looks like a wave rippling on the skin of his tongue.

Of course the dry mouth makes it much easier to drink the proper amount of water.
