What is the best mattress for a Parkinson’s Patient…?. At home…. Not hospital bed.?

My husband has PD …. Needs a very firm mattress ! He Wants to be able to push himself up with his hands and arms to get out of bed.
Our mattress is too soft and does not support his push up, lift motion.
Thanks for any suggestions !
