Restless legs syndrome maybe? I call mine restless arms but I clench hand feet jaw; if it clenches I do it, but it’s not as bad on a very small dose of gabapentin at night, Robaxin 4 times a day. That may not work for everyone, I know, but it’s pretty good for me. Have you asked your doctor?

Magnesium and Potassium helped me with that problem

I do know that clenching jaw usually is from stress or anxiety. I don't know about the arms and legs moving. P. D is a movement disorder. I would check with your doctor.

I take gabapentin too at bedtime; it really helps falling and staying asleep. Good luck with it.

PS Gabapentin is typically prescribed for nerve pain.

Gabapentin is also used for restless legs and may be why it helps with movements at night.
