Unload anytime you want. It’s necessary sometimes and allows you feel better. We’re all here to make each other feel better.

Unload, and move on. If you dwell on these things they ray you alive.

I think you need a new Dr. Try a Movement Disorder Specialist. They’re trained and qualified. They’ll offer you available solutions.

I agree. I think someone could have come up with a simpler version for us hackers. I shouldn't complain as I have more time to learn new things since I've retired but it's the patience I'm short on. Other than that and my sore toes, balance issues, chronicle laziness (thank God for my dog who won't let me sit for any length of time). My newest feature that I'm adding to my repertoire is the waving of my hands and arms which makes me appear like an orchestra leader or someone that needs to get the waiters attention. I really have to stay aware of this "activity" as I'm sure I could hurt someone. Last but not least, weren't you the fellow that mentioned CBD for my feet and also Botox? My PD doc gave me 5 shot of Botox in each calf to help with the pain, cramps and circulation. Well, it seems that after all of this, and trust me I'm not a big fan of needles....I have no circulation problems. That, oh by the way I have mentioned from the beginning but I guess nobody was listening,,, and was probably looking for SOMETHING to work. The needles/pins/razor blades in the toes calmed down some but they wanted me to give it 5 weeks. Going into the 2bd week I cancelled the next shots as I was getting no relief. My toes are starting to turn under and the "foot" doctor tells me there's nothing to be done about that but put spongee toe holder between the toes and see if that helps!!! Really nice and pretty too! Can't wear shoes with these things on so THERE YOU HAVE IT! Sorry I unloaded on you but you were next Line!!!!
