Yes you can have pd without tremors we all have different symptoms
I've heard that tremors are the most common thing at diagnosis, but not everyone with PD will tremor. Other things will be present, i.e. trouble with balance/coordination/walking problems. Hope this helps. Everyone is different. I had Stage 4 Throat Cancer and have Severe Crohn's Disease and have gone through symptoms differently than others as well. Try to stay positive. I know it sounds cheesy, but that is a BIG way to handle symptoms.
I don't have tremors on any kind of regular basis, except on occasion when I hold my arm in a certain way. But no tremors otherwise. And I found out that I don't have PSP, so that was so good.
I have tremors so I guess we will have to rely on posts such as Patkoko
I am a 71 year old woman whose biggest issue is what Mary 183 calls Postural Instability and Gait Disorder. Tremors are not my problem. Everyone is different!
