I don’t/can’t take Sinemet, but I have stopped as much dairy as I can and find I absorb all my meds better, as well as have fewer tummy issues of all kinds. Apparently it can cause inflammation in various places in the body, plus it has protein.

I have ataxia, literally translated as drunk walking. I just don’t get any wine to cause it, it enjoy it. By the way, my daughter says I’m odd although why she has not yet reveal. Just so everyone knows.

You say that like it’s a bad thing.

I quite often laugh for what appears to be no reason. I have a reason, but it would make no sense to other people around me at the time. I just tell them it’s my internal monologue, and let them think I’m odd.
