Are there any resources for medication prices after 65 and on Medicare? We have a drug plan, but Gocoveri & Rytary are brutal costwise . I have looked at the Good Rx in addition & to reaching out to the company of each drug. I am afraid, I am learning that if you are on a government program ( Medicare ) the company's help in copay is not allowed. Crazy.. Any leads for me to help with reducing an extremely high drug cost monthly.. Lyn
Finally, and thankfully, the Medical University has something like a PAN Foundation and helped us /him with Rylary and Gocovri . We were very thankful. It would behoove anyone to look in the hospital were the physician practices for help .
Thank you, I will look into the PAN Foundation and we have an appt soon with the doctor. Hope your holidays are enjoyable, peaceful, and full.
There are grants to help pay for Rytary. One is PAN Foundation and after you complete giving all your information, including household income, they will contact you about helping with cost. We get Rytary and pay NOTHING. Your doctor should have a liaison to help you with this process. Good luck
The company has helped the last year but now that my husband is going on to Medicare. The companies do not have assistance copay. Only for self pay or commercial insurance. Can not understand why Medicare drug plans make a difference
This is horrible! Will the supplemental plans help at all? Rytary is really good. ARGH. Does anyone know when the patents run out?
