When you sign up with Aloe Care you can give them the name and phone number of someone and they will automatically call that person if you notify them. I gave them the name and number of my son. If I am in a car accident, they will notify him. They will call "your person" no matter where you are, no extra expense. They are under $30 a month.

Life Alert has a bracelet and a pendant but they must be purchased separately. They include a lot of features but are pricey.
