I actually got mine from signing up from a website. Google Parkinson's bracelet and many will come up under images. Hope this helps you.

Good morning. The grand-daughter of a friend purchased mine on line using google. They even engraved some relative info. Not too expensive. And I do feel better than not wearing the bracelet. Hope this helps a little.

In Australia its called MediAlert but you get the bracet from them and they have a database with your medical history to share qith emergency services when they ring the number on the bracelet.
