Just at times I have trouble with dropping things.pertty much every day.
Yes, I drop things quite a bit. If I had any answers for you, I would let you know I know it gets to be a pain in the rear end.
Every day. Fine motor skills are not as sharp. I try to slow down and i think through my grasping of something i.e. is it heavy am i trying to do more than one thing at a time etc. Initially i resented the need to make thoughtful adjustments but now i have gotten used to. Have gone to OT and i do hand and finger exercises which help too.
I have issues with dropping things also. I also have carpal tunnel syndrome. I still do a physical labor around the house and yard. I often wonder if my dropping things is the result of PD or carpal Tunnel. When I have something in my hands I have to concentrate on holding it. This problem is a big pain in the butt, especially when I have a big roll of $100,00 bills in my hand on a windy day I realize that having to concentrate means that you may forget about what you are doing, but it is better than dropping the casserole you just took out of the oven. Keep up the faith.
Yes quite often
