Hi smittybear! My cardiologist put me on propanalol, for an irregular heartbeat. He told me that it also worked for tremor. Works lke a charm, one pill at night is all I take. I've been taking it for 4 years. Hope you find something that works for you!

Mine was prescribed as a heart drug, but it works like a charm for my tremor. The only side affect so far is that it also lowers my blood pressure.. Good luck

Is propanalol prescribed for tremors or is it a positive side effect from being prescribed for heart issues? Thanks for your information. Hope you have a great day.

My Neuro knows I'm on it and hasn't said anything, so far no side effects in 4 years!

I'd be interested in hearing about that also.
