Or it could be what the Buddhist community call"Monkey Chatter". This is very hard to eliminate completely. I had it under control for a time, but then they started singing.

The voices and sounds that you hear could be a symptom of Parkinson's hallucinations .

Auditory hallucinations include: hearing voices or sounds that are not real. This is less common but is reported by a small percentage of people with PD. Read more at https://www.parkinson.org/understanding-parkins...
