My husband will take his meds a little early, half hour if getting shaky.

I find that taking Sinemet when I need it instead of a specified time helps me. I have it down to a science where I take half a 25/100 mg tab vs. a whole one. And yes, I have DBS. DBS helped me reduce my meds from 9 Sinemet per day to 3 1/2 - 4 per day. Of course everyone is different and I cleared this method with my doctor before I did it.
