I have Reynaud's. It has gotten worse as I've gotten older but I started having issues with my hands when I was about 30. I do not have PD. I wear gloves and warm clothes, so I am generally okay when outside in the cold as long as I am moving, but after I stop moving my fingers go numb, turn white, then blue or purple if I don't warm up quickly. When feeling comes back they can tingle or hurt a lot, depending on how numb they got. A hot shower usually works. If not, I'll drink something warm.

I hope that is not the problem. I can’t have surgery due to a reaction to general anaesthesia.🤔

My dad had Reynaud’s phenomenon. No treatment necessary unless it’s really bad; just west warm gloves and socks. It’s why my dad loved doing dishes. But only a doctor can say, and all I have are long distance theories. Sorry; I hope you find an answer.

It’s pretty rare and not especially associated with PD; it is more likely found in MSA if any parkinsonisms, at least according to one article I found. It could still be heart but less dramatic.
