Mine is stress, anxiety, over doing things and worry. Especially around bill time and not getting enough sleep. Cold weather bothers me super bad, but I am staying as warm as i can. I'm currently taking miztrazapine to help with insomnia and weight lose. But I read up on it. It helps with my anxiety as well. I'm sending every one hugs.

Hello everyone. I hear stress mentioned enough that I don’t have to say it but yes, stress is a booger. Frustration is a huge one for me, and anxiety having to make phone calls about business or doctors. I get so much anxiety that my brain gets confused and I can’t say what I want to say or think of certain words. After that, I’m exhausted, a nervous wreck and feel like a fool. My husband does most of the phone business and if I have to call the doctor, he’s right there to take the phone if I can’t follow the doctor or can’t explain what I’m trying to say. I find that I am more comfortable to stay alone with my husband plus I just don’t feel like going anywhere or even getting out of my chair. Well gang we might as well stop fighting it and just accept that this is who we are right now and it’s OK to be who we are. If someone doesn’t have Parkinson’s, or educated themselves about it they will never understand what we go through. If I have told someone about unseen symptoms and they still don’t get it then they should take the time to learn about it. well, I think I’ve said enough. Good Night my friends & family that I hold close to my heart.

Doing too much and getting too tired. Makes my tremors mor, but I sleep better if I use more energy. Trying to fit too many different things into one day, gives me anxiety.

My triggers seem to be stress, anxiety and drastic temperature and barometric pressure changes. I’m in Wyoming where winter temperatures can fluctuate dramatically in a 24hr period. I’m a frequent rider on the temperature roller coaster. Not my favorite ride at this carnival. Moving to a different climate isn’t possible, so I’m going to hang on!

#1 Stress makes the tremors so much worse.
#2 Anxiety

Deep breaths help and walking away from the cause of the stress.
