The major problem is going from a laying position to a sitting position. Can anyone provide some tips?

I find that putting a satin bottom sheet on my bed & wearing satin pj's helps me get my heavy butt unstuck. Also turing to my side then getting to my hands & knees makes it easier to get up. If I sit I still can't get my butt up. It's amazing how much lighter my butt is when I 'm not tired!
