Any moderate to strenuous exercise can help keep you healthy. The usual recommendation is 30 minutes of strenuous or 45 minutes of moderate exercise 5 days a week. You are working on different things: muscle strength, heart and lung health, and endorphin release.

stationary bike should be 15 minutes is good for muscles especially if you can do both arms and legs
