Thank you both — Peggy & Beep — for your feedback. I will try taking the med before my meals. Maryka

Yes, nausia is a side effect of Carbladopa/ Levolodopa. I have always had nausia when I take it. Ny doctor prescribed Zofran. It helps most of the time

I occasionally have nausea but it has been better the longer I’m on the med. my dr suggested I take my med 30-60 min after meals and that has helped. Also have tried motion sickness wrist bands which have helped! Good luck!

Yes. I too was experiencing nausea through out the day. My neurologist ordered an additional dose of carbidopa 25 mg to be taken with my medication three times a day.
My nausea has subsided. I also eat prior to or immediately after even if a bannana after taking medication.
