I've on only been diagnosed since September 2022 an so far I've started on 100mg then 200mg. Now Nurologist wants me to start 350mg 3x a day. Trying figure out if this is somewhat common or not. Unsure if this will cause any unwanted side effects or I should just deal with my motor symptoms. Want to explore my options.

That seems really excessive. If medication didn’t help at and 200, it’s likely you’ve been misdiagnosed. You should get a Movement Disorder Specialist.

Your dose is at its high limit. Be aware there is a large percentage of PD patients that dopamine does not work. A positive response to dopamine is a positive diagnosis for PD. But the reverse is not true. Be aware of any involuntary twitching or compulsive behaviors and tell your doctor. Your doctor is doing his best to help you. A diagnosis of PD may often be not considered, but PD is rarely misdiagnosed for something else. Our symptoms are well defined by movement disorder neurologists
