I have so much saliva that I get a sore tongue constantly trying to get rid of it.

Thank you so much! This really helps. Was beginning to think I was the only one. I've asked many people including my neurologist and dentist. They knew nothing!
Unfortunately yes you can have too much saliva. There are products which can help but there are others on this site better able to know since I do not have that problem.
