Everyone reacts differently to medication. Are you just taking Levodopa or Carbidopa/Levodopa combined. Check your RX fact sheet but here are the most common side effects of just using levodopa nausea, sleepiness, dizziness, and headache. More serious side effects can include confusion, hallucinations, delusions, agitation, and psychosis; these are more common in older people
