We are here as well. Trazadone for REM sleep disorder plus getting him to wear his Bipap at least part of the night has helped some. For last couple of months he was just out of it and could not stay awake. Scary. Good luck. 🙏🙏

My husband as well but the Dr seems to think his sleep is being disrupted. Which causes the additional needed sleep, but I don't observe any abnormal sleep movements on his part. Dr, has suggested sleep study (to what end???).. then caffeine intake throughout the day. Not at night tho. I've read it could be end stage of parkinsons or meds or not. Oooo that helps. LOL
