I started taking vitamin B12 when I wake in the morning and have energy most of the day
I’m going to ask my dr to test my b12 in my next blood workup
I suffered from this for quite a while and finally found a Parkinson's article. A rest or nap without sleep does not help.
The comment was our body needs to recharge and at least a 1 hour sleep nap midday does this more effectively. Depending on my day I will sleep for one hour between 2 and 4 pm.
I was amazed when the body would let me sleep as truly needed. The vast majority of days it is 1hour 15 minutes, but there are longer naps as the body needs it sometimes as long as 3 hours.
This did not solve it after one day, Slowly changing my daily pattern to include a one hour nap after two weeks I noticed a change. My body decided how much sleep I needed not I. The naps no longer were everyday one hour but ranged from from 1 to 3 hours. The body decided what it needed.
Yes I had to darken the room, put soft music on and sleep on top of the covers.
Good luck to all and may today be better than yesterday if only by an inch.
Yes I have EXTREME fatigue also. There is not much I can do for it. It happens in the middle of the day around 3 pm lasts until about 5 pm so I just lie on the couch, kick my shoes off and watch a good Netflix movie and then I get up, start my dinner and I am good to go. Why fight it? I tried to do that many a times without success. So now I embrace my relaxing time. Bean
