Good morning Carolyn,
I used to be the director of a Cardiac Wellness Program. It was a holistic program and we taught and performed a variety of things, including chair yoga. I was trained for this position by Harvard Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists. One of our modalities was Chair Yoga, and it most certainly is beneficial. Our participants enjoyed it very much, and also found it to be beneficial. I hope this helps!

I use a free site on YouTube called power for Parkinson's they have quite a few different instructors and the new workout everyday hope that helps.
It's exercise so it is good for you
Hi Carolyn, hope you are doing well. i can say chair yoga does help my wife very much and she loves it. we do chair yoga here in our community room three days a week and as Cindy said it is very beneficial for sure. it helps my wife with her balance and the stretching we do keeps your limbs from going stiff as often as they used to. hope you have a great week , take care .😀🦋💐
Yes, if you do it. When I stop I get back cramps. I totally recommend it.
