Mayo does botox injections into the salivary glands, but if you have dry mouth, worsens that... concious Swallowing ....

Yes I do. A good friend of mine suffered with this problem a few years back if I remember rightly and he bought on eBay a battery operated suction pump, you know like the dentist uses, put the small tube in the corner of his mouth and the pump in his pocket and Bob's your uncle He grew a fairly substantial beard almost down to his waist, which hid the tube admirably, I think that might be well worth considering. (The beard) Apart from a slight hum from the motor in his pocket and the waste pipe that ran down his trouser leg depositing on his foot now and then it was hailed a raving success all in all.
Note: it's worth noting a couple of small maintenance / running costs
Roll of gaffer tape for the leg.
Batteries for the pump
A trip to the petrol station every 2 weeks to blow any sludge out of the tube with the air line.
Keep a supply of humbugs or equivalent at all times. Often without warning his mouth would feel parched and he'd develop a thirst like a man coming out of the desert.
No other issues I'm aware of, I hope this has been helpful and I wish you every success. š
