I just brought my husband home from a month if rehab. He is struggling with getting up from bed in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Has anyone bought an adjustable bed for your home? If so do you have a recommendation on a brand or type of mattress?

I have trouble turning over so I use the vertical bars on my headboard- they've been a lifesaver. And as Allen said- pajamas can be a game changer too.

I had trouble rolling over and pushing against a memory foam mattress, but with the older style spring mattress can rock and move, get up, roll over 100 times easier.....
Second tip.... bit odd, but satin pyjamas allow me to slide making moving in bed so much easier.. hope that is helpful 🙂

I have a hospital bed. Works great for my legs and getting up.
