My husband has developed really bad anxiety, sweating, cold clammy palms and doesn’t want to go anywhere. Is this common in Parkinson’s?

The Parkinson’s boxing is excellent! However, you need to work in some Carrdio, it’s the best thing for mood issues.

Tell him exercising helps and keeping your brain strong by doing puzzles, learning to play an instrument, etc.

Anxiety and depression can both be symptoms of PD. There are medications that can help. Talk to his doctor.
