Question: Husband uses a walker. We eat together at the kitchen table. He has a chair with arms but it is not on wheels. I cant keep helping him maneuver/push/scoot this chair up to the table. We do not qualify or at this point need a wheelchair. Do any of you have a chair on wheels that you use that is table but does not cost $500 + ?

You could also check second hand shops for a used wheelchair just for eating. We have a consignment shop near us that always has 2-3 parked out front.
