Has anybody do boxing?🙃
There are agencies who provide support animals for people with PD. Please be careful, like many things, some businesses have turned there focus to making money, not necessarily providing support. Be sure you have a doc who will write a letter confirming that you need and would benefit from having a support animal. I paid my application fee and then found out my neuro PD did not have time to write this letter. Also, find out the cost to you before proceeding. Some agencies are supported by donations while others pass the cost of things like training and delivery to the person requesting the animal and this can be very costly.
3 years ago I was able to get names of organizations who offered support animals to folks with PD from MJFF and Davis Phinney Foundation. I don't have more recent experience with this but I hope this gives you a place to begin.

My lab flunked out of dog training school to be a service dog. Apparently a problem with following directions? 🤣
MaeWest, I have done it once and if they do it right, it is very good for you. I just couldn't do it for an hour, because of lungs and diabetes. They do allow you breaks. As many as you personally need. Pest, The service dogs are trained to handle any need. I saw a couple of people training the dogs. It's a great idea for those who want a companion and want to get around safely. Check around, I believe you can get some help in paying for the guide dog. Best of luck, Linda237
Have you tried Physical Therapy for balance? I'm doing it as part of PT for PD patients, and it's helped a lot.
