I used to wake up after two hours. I had very hectic dreams. My doctor gave me Prozasin. It took the crazy out of my dreams..

The two plus hour naps at night suck. I try to go back to sleep, but end up watching tv or reading. I try to take a cat nap in the morning and fight off a nap in the afternoon.
