Since I have always said it comes down to the do-do everytime...I will tell you what I do, I take 2 Metamucil Fiber gummies every other day and it works great for me if they are too much back off a little. I have insomnia so since they do not like to give you sleeping pills the doctor gives me Gabapentin I take one 300 mg. and it does not knock me out all night because there is something about getting up to use the bathroom I must love to do because I do it every night. I hope that will help.

Aside from weight loss, I experienced all of these my incontinence was particularly bad, and I wasn’t certain whether there was any answer for it or not. As soon as I started on Parkinson’s medication, it was relieved almost entirely. Some days I have constipation, but for the most part since I take metformin twice a day for diabetes that counteracts any constipation as it has a tendency to cause diarrhea. The worst part of the symptoms for me are correlations with other diseases that require medication, such as diabetes, high blood pressure and inability to sleep, etc..
Yes Parkinson's and meds and everything else under the sun !
