Hey Everyone, I'm Curious As To Whether Anyone On Here Has Had Experience With Grounding Or Earthing?

I've been researching it like crazy & have pretty high hopes for my hubs with PD!
It's basically reconnecting to the planet via Barefeet. Seems to be The answer to most of the insane inflammation we've all suffered thru in one way or another.
Anyways, I'd be interested in anyone's experiences or feedback on it.

Hi Terri - thanks for your input.
There's a wonderful short movie out called "The Earthing Movie" that could give you insight into the how's & why's of going barefoot & truly may help your symptoms. I mean, we've been going barefoot inside our house for Years but as there was no grounding to the Earth happening, there were No benefits!! Since researching this amazing Natural phenomenon & getting grounded sheets for the bed, I'm seeing an incredible change for the positive in my hubby's entire attitude & well-being!!

Hello Rosemary10, Thank you for the great advice. Reminds me as a child on Grandma and Granddad's farm. Very relaxed, happy, and content. Time to reclaim God's healing. Blessings, JudyTx 🌹🫂

Hi Judy!
If you must wear socks, try to be sure that they are 100% cotton. Even if you get yourself seated outside (in the shade preferably) take your socks off & just enjoy the feel on the earth beneath your feet!! Know that this is the way our Creator intended for us to be - in touch with this beautiful planet, connected in one of the most vital ways!!

I also am barefoot most of the time, but my PT convinced me to wear socks with ribs on the bottom so I won't slip and fall. So far it is working great. Falling is a really scary situation. Last time I did fall, I had to have 5 surgeries and a plate. Blessings, JudyTx 🌹🙏🏻🫂

I am barefoot nearly all the time. Haven't noticed a difference yet but maybe I'm doing it wrong
