I use to have terrible sleeping and went bath room every 3 hours because I have a bad kidney disease and had to drink 92 oz of fluids. I then changed and now take 8am 12pm 5pm and 8pm and drink 80oz. I go maybe 2 twice per night. Also found out I had neuropathy that was giving me the most pain in my legs, I still at time get tremors and see people in our bedroom but don't get scared as a lot of my Brothers and sisters do with PD. Have a blessed night and here are some well needed Hugs 🤗🤗🤗

We tried Melatonin and CBD Gummies and neither worked. Neuro wanted to add a drug. Somehow we tried tea an hour before bed….mixture of Chamomile and Mint. It seems to work most every night. When it hasn’t, getting up, walking around, drinking water and then returning to bed has done the trick!

For me, I have asleep schedule, that’s pretty early in the evening. We eat dinner about 5 so I try to be done with eating anything before 530 PM. Then I take my last meds for the day and I will try to ge to bed about 830 I’m working with an insomnia Dr and we are trying to move my sleep schedule to later, because I will wake up at like 330-400 most days and I want to wake up later to have more time for the day doing things rather than have to nap. So my insomnia Dr has recommended that I try to move my schedule back to 930. and set a alarm at 5 so that I am setting a definite time for sleep. She also said that my melatonin dose was too high(I was taking a 10mg tablet) and she recommended that I quit taking it, which I have done and I’ve noticed no change in my ability to sleep. Also at bed time I take 1/3 of a dose of Rytary, because when I go to bed I’m at the tail end of the effectiveness of my last full dose of Rytary.

Recently I have worked with a sleeping specialist took, a home sleep study and I discovered that I sleep apnea. I’m in the process to get started with the CPAP and I’ll update you later.

How about a good old All-American Snort Of Good Whisky? It's all good, you know. Likewise rum, gin, tequila, vodka, brandy, etc. God wanted His people to be happy, so He blessed them with booze and (one hopes) the wisdom to use it wisely.
