I always eat a small snack with my carbidopa levodopa to avoid stomach upset. A few crackers, or small cookies or a piece of bread and butter are standard fare. I am getting sick at crackers and wonder what other people eat with their PD medicine, if they take anything at all.

I have to have something to avoid nausea. Anything works for me. Half a sandwich. Cheese. Fruit. Graham crackers.

Been there, done that, got the t-shirt (it's the one with a stain from a 0.5% solution of Sinemet down the front...)
