Problems With Eating And Meds Absorption?

Coordinating eating times and pill absorption seem to plague me despite my following 1 hr before 2 hrs after rule. No protein til evening etc. I dont know why my meds wear off with eating unless my stomach isnt emptying properly. Anyone else?

You can eat what ever you want but if you take cl give it one hour before and after with protein

Do you take the controlled release? I’ve read that food really affects it.
