You’ve got to take your meds, see your dr., and take care of your health. No question there. As long as you do that take a little time and don’t push yourself to make up your mind., Even writing down family pluses and minuses might help you to decide. I find on bad days, even if I don’t feel like it, writing or typing out my thoughts helps. After awhile it gets easier I type more and longer, and it does help. fBe good to yourself first and give yourself and them a little time.

My wife tries to be supportive but her family background on these problems leans deep. I have seen how her relatives feel towards about each other during hard times and I expected it. I get snapped at alot but I CAN HANDLE IT.
