We all have different symptoms some are the same but no two are the same
There are Parkinsonisms that resemble PD but are different diseases. Carbidopa doesn't work on them. This site has a couple of good articles in the Resources section on various Parkinsonisms. There are also a lot of symptoms that are part of Parkinson's that are not as obvious as tremors but are still part of the disease.
I have been a caregiver for a PD patient and now a patient, plus knowing a few others with this and none have the same symptoms. Yes there are some common symptoms but a these tend to be limited by the degree of intensity.
In 2023 I have seen three motion disorder specialists.

Did take carbidopa/levadopa with no changes in the tremors in my thumbs.
