Recipe:
Unsweetened plant based milk such as almond, oat, cashew or plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt with mixed fruits, leafy greens and a small amount of almond or peanut butter with no sugar or oil added

The frozen fruits are strawberries, peaches, mangoes, and pineapple and sometimes I put blueberries in it but those are for blueberry quick bread that I plan on making ‘some day’ soon hopefully.

I eat my fruits daily via smoothies. I also add yogurt, scoop of peanut butter, cinnamon and honey. I love fresh fruit but we in off season now so I go to frozen fruit. I always add more blueberries. Yummie!

Scottsmom, thank you for this post. It is full of great ideas like freezing the veggies to replace ice and freezing ginger for latter use. Love it, thanks!
