Pay attention to how your body responds to when and what you eat in relation to when you take your medication . Keep a food journal. You will be amazed at what you can learn about your body’s response.

I start the day with protein,will have to adjust my routine. Maybe I missed something along the way but I don't think so, first I have heard this after 13 yrs.

You should not eat protein within 1/2 before of an hour after taking Carbidopa/Levadopa. It interferes with the proper absorption of your medication.

I take my pills ,a half a tablet, 3 times a day. I eat protein one hour after taking my 1/2 pill 💊
