This may sound odd, but, when you’re having tremors does anyone feel like their insides are shaking?
When I’m having tremors, before my meds start taking effect or if they ware off I feel as if my insides are shaking. I know that sounds odd, but that’s the only way I can describe the feeling.
Yes, it's internal tremors. I get them on and off throughout the day, whether I'm on or off. I used to love a cup of coffee but now the caffeine just makes it worse.
They call it internal tremors and restless legs that's what call it I tell my Dr it feels like my insides are trying to jump out that's why I take 10 cl a day

Yes I have internal tremors or silent shakes. Feels I had that extra cup of coffee. Happens right before I need to take carbidopa-levodopa. I chew gum or use a hand massager. Helps relax me before medicine kicks in.
