I get an extremely strong sense of phlegm clogging my breathing in nose and throat area when experiencing off times. It is so bad sometimes I feel like I could die from this experience. How do others deal with this experience. Thx

I have this issue and my ENT doctor recommended a procedure called ClariFix Cryotherapy. I'm considering it. I won't go into the details here but you can google it.
